Privacy Policy

The information Extend Suit Online ("the game") keeps from its players, and how it is used.

This is a translation. The Japanese version is the original.

1What we keep

• The ID of your login method and your verified email address (received from Google or Discord; we do not receive your name or picture)
• The pilot name and side you chose
• Records of play: match results, career records, funds and machines, missions, rankings
• What you write: chat, mail, board posts, squad and unit messages, inquiries
• Records of reports and blocks
• Records for finding cheating (unusual patterns in the in-match traffic)
• The IP address you connect from (not kept in the game's records; it may stay for a short time in Cloudflare's logs of how the servers ran)

2What it is used for

• To log you in and let you play the game
• To find and stop cheating and harmful behavior
• To answer inquiries

It is not used for advertising.

3Who it is given to

We do not give it to third parties, except:

• The service we use to run the game (Cloudflare: the servers and where the records are kept)
• When required by law

4How long it is kept

• Mail is deleted after 90 days, and the text of an inquiry 90 days after it is closed.
• Account information, records of play, and chat, board posts and other writing are kept until the account is deleted.

5To delete or see your information

Send a request from Settings → Contact in the game. You can have your account and records deleted, and find out what we keep.

6Changes

When this page changes, we will tell you in the game's notices.
